I really glad you posted this. I just over halfway through the program and have had a number of confusing moments where my speed runs are longer than endurance and some of the instructions regarding rest periods are unclear. Overall though, I would still recommend it because I am also a single place runner and mixing it up has been really good for my body generally but also I have actually gotten faster! And yes, definitely not a C25K type training plan, it has been challenging but doable for me and I am returning to running after quite a long break but I was still able to run 5km before I started..
